What is Varuosakeskus (Spare Part Centre)?
Varuosakeskus.ee is a spare part portal which draws together car spare part companies and repair shops. The portal's main service is spare part query. It is a convenient and a quick way to find spare parts. All you have to do is fill in a simple form and Varuosakeskus will forward the query to contractual clients (about 100 companies). The clients of Varuosakeskus are the sellers of used and new parts, repair shops and car dealers. Spare part sellers make offers to spare part seekers by e-mail or telephone. In addition, Varuosakeskus has a continuously developing spare part advertisement database. The portal varuosakeskus.ee does not sell spare parts itself.
How many companies receive the queries via Varuosakeskus?
About 100 companies do. It means that by submitting a query you save time and money which would otherwise be spent on looking for the spare parts on the phone.
How many queries can I make?
There is no query limit.
Do I have to register to submit queries?
No. You do not need to register or log in to submit queries. However, registered users can save their personal and vehicle information, so that they do not have to enter it each time.
Is submitting a query free of charge?
Yes, submitting a query is free.
Do I have to buy the part after submitting the query?
No. The submitter is not obliged to do that. Right after submitting the query, the contractual clients of Varuosakeskus send you their non-binding price offers.
How fast do the companies reply?
That depends on the company, but usually within one business day. Many will probably reply within a few hours. If there are no replies to your query within one business day, then probably none of the companies has the part on offer. In that case we recommend repeating the query after a while, because warehouse positions may change very quickly.
How fast are the parts delivered?
Many companies use different courier services (for example, ELS, Cargobus, HRX etc) or deliver spare parts themselves across Estonia. In that case it might be possible to arrange the receiving of the goods already on the next day. If the part is ordered from outside Estonia, it usually takes 7 to 10 days to supply.
Why didn't I receive any offers after submitting a query?
The reason for it might be that none of the companies has the part on offer. At the same time it is possible that queries submitted on Friday evening will be answered during Monday. Since warehouse positions are continuously changing, we recommend repeating the query in case of failure to receive any offers.
Which warranty is valid for the part?
Warranty terms vary by company. We recommend reading them before making a purchase. Varuosakeskus does not assume responsibility for spare part sellers’ warranty terms.
